New fiber install

This is so frustrating I signed up on 30-11-was given an install date of 12-12- since then it's changed everyday and is now set for the 30-12

 

i work full time Monday to Friday 06:00-20:00 most days so have to get someone to house sit but it's hard to ask when the date keeps changing 

but what can you do but screem

@Stephen243 Installation dates can change particularly in the run up to Christmas. You should getvstbleast 24 hours notice of a change of date if you dont you should be due £31.99 compensation see https://www.sky.com/help/articles/auto-compensation#reasons
