WiFi keeps going off

My WiFi goes off everyday for no reason at all im not willing to pay for something that doesn't work properly

@Stevo1983 Is it the WiFi or the Broadband they are completely different. The link below may help you work it out!

@Stevo1983 You are correct what hub do you have, it should stay connected, and do you say 11am every day without fails it goes that condition?

How to read your Sky Hub statistics

When your hub goes off at 11am when does the Orange light go back to Green time wise if you know!

It's the second and 4th light and lasts about an hour

@Stevo1983 Understand that is going on, the stat's may show something as requested from above, after looking at those then next is the log file captured before during and after for the timeline, nothing in that hub has time switched control to go off/on like that so you are loosing the Internet and voice connections for the period.
