We have had a couple of new devices in the house since Christmas and they are not showing in the parental control managable devices. I have ensured they are all connected to the WiFi, and have deleted and reinstalled the app to no avail.
For reference it is a desktop PC and a smart tv. Any ideas?

You could try switching off the hub for 30 seconds and restarting. I assume you have the WiFi Max add-on?

Yes we do. All other devices are showing, as well as some that accessed the WiFi after it was set up (kids friends phones).
it's just these recent devices that don't.

Hub reset has not worked. Any other ideas I can try?

As I don't have WiFi max unfortunately I can't check anything my side so not too sure, therefore it may be worth calling Sky to report your issue. Alternatively I could escalate it to the Sky support team who would send you an invite to chat. Let me know if prefer this.
