@Helenjm There is currently training takings place for call centre staff so best advice I can give is to try calling again later this afternoon

What do you mean @Helenjm by it isn't connecting properly so are they connected and the signal is weak ?

With a white Max Hub you may need to reduce the wireless security level from WPA3 to WPA2-PSK using the Hub settings in the My Sky app.
You can use the same settings to temporarily disable the 5Ghz WiFi band: remember to re-enable it afterwards if you do this.

Yes ,websites are slow downloading on my phone and keep freezing ,TV loses connection ,printer extremely slow etc .
I eventually got a real person to speak to on the phone and I have an engineer coming .
