New customer - postcode not recognised

I'm trying to log in online and on the app to track my order, but I keep getting the page where it asks for my postcode and when I enter my postcode I get an error message. I've entered it all in CAPS, with/without spaces as per other discussions but keep having the same issues. Can anyone help?

You will have to contact Sky about this, perhaps via one of the social media links at the bottom of the page if you are unable to call for help.
