New customer from BT_Wifi range is poor

I've recently swapped from BT to Sky, when signing up at a sky shop I was assured that new Hub would give excellent Wifi range around the home.

It's definately better than the BT Hub was, but i still can't get Wifi signal in the two rooms furthest from the hub.

Does this mean I will need a range extender again  like I did with BT? If so, how do I get one?
