New connection FAQ

Can you tell me details for I am planning to switch provider to SKY broadband plan Full fibre 150. Can I get engineer visit to get it established as I dont want remote activation. Reason my previous provider connection is dropping intermittently and I dont know the fault causing the same.

With your current provider if you are not on a fibre network you would need a visit to connect you to the Openreach fibre network.
