New broadband

Constant pixalated screen since getting Sky gigafast broadband (from BT) on Sky stream. The puck is connected via Ethernet so all the help just points to WiFi issues despite it being connected via Ethernet. Any suggestions how to fix the pixelated screen?

@Sky_4231 If your device is connected to the sky Hub with an Ethernet cable, then it is nothing to do with wireless wi-fi in the least!

Sounds like a network issue. If you're connected by Ethernet then you should check the connection with a computer or laptop plugged into your router. Run a speed test and check, speed, latency and jitter. 

I thought GigaFast was provided by city fiber not Openreach. 

Anyway start with basic diagnostics. Start with the patch cable between the router and your TV. If it's damaged or poor quality this may be the issue. 

That goes for the cable between your ONT and router too. 

I remember the Internet starting!
