Signed up for upgrade to my WiFi and payments increased but I'm still having poor connection problems with my ring security camera despite having an extender
At the stage now where I feel like ripping the whole lot out and putting it all in the bin including sky tv and rubbish WiFi

Did you ever resolve this?
I have similar issue, new router (white one), poor signal 10 feet away, ring chime loses signal, wifi drops out in room next to router on macbook .....

Getting to that level too, been online with sky engineer since 29 jan until today (they contacted me from my original question to you). sent photos of hub connection to bb socket, front and back of hub etc, then speed checks on devices around house, resetting mini box etc. etc. finally this morning they asked for phone and email for an engineer to call and now that discussion seems to have dissapeared completely (anyone any idea where I could retrieve it?) and I've had no contact by phone or email......
