Router issues
I recently had my Sky router upgraded to a newer model, as I was advised that it would improve my internet performance. However, since the change, my connection has worsened—devices frequently disconnect, and streaming services such as Netflix and Sky Go no longer function properly on mobile devices.
Given these ongoing issues, I would like to inquire whether it is possible to revert to my previous router. While it was not perfect, it provided a more stable connection than the current model.
I would appreciate any assistance you can provide in resolving this matter.
