New broadband is terrible

Hi, since changing to the new sky hub with broadband 500 the WiFi signal has been terrible. Every device is the same, games consoles going off, social media whirling round no updates to emails it's really bad. 
You are not keeping to the contract I am paying for

If not and if you have Wi-Fi Max on your account then Sky will supply up to 3 pods as you can read about here:
