New broadband install not working

I have had sky broadband installed today and I am sat watching Netflix and the sky glass tv has lost single. My mobile phone and other devices are also losing signals. This is not a great start to rejoining sky broadband as I am not able to use the other products from sky that I pay for! I am also frustrated that the signal states it is okay where it is not as the WiFi does not work.  I would like and engineer back to my property asap to resolve the service or it will be removed.

@Everton You do have the 30 day period to go back so keep that in mind!
