No internet

New skybox will not connect to internet and white light is on put sky old skybox back on and I've got internet can you help me please

@Steve644 Would be best for you to call sky 8am to 8pm, and have them walk you through what is needed, your post to the Forum does not give the detail to help you! About at the top off the page explains it all!
