New broadband from sky

Hi my broadband and wifi coverage of the house is poor and my work computer keeps losing signal as not a good signal i can get both neigbours sky broadband with stronger signal than mine need to boast signal so i can function when working from home

A poor signal in certain rooms is something that can cause this so try going through this to see if it helps:

If not and if you have Wi-Fi Max on your account then Sky will loan up to 3 pods as you can read about here:

So you can either call them on 150 from a landline phone or a mobile that has a Sky sim in it or Select "No, I still need help" at the bottom on the above link.

@Mickking alternatively purchase your mesh system to improve WiFi coverage. They are as cheap as £69 and can be used with any ISP.

Broadband signal is terible

I need to contact sky to see how they can improve my signal as promissed by saleman that would bt as good as my bt dervice i have left and looks like i will be going back too for the reduced rate they have now offered me

Least you can contact bt sky has delibratly made it impossibletocontact a person
