New broadband ( activation date )

I have received my new broadband this morning, I haven't open it yet, t says pn the box (please do not install before my activation date )but I am unsure when my activation date is, as when I log on to my products., it can't give me information as it says I have no products at the moment, Is there anyway of finding my activation code

@Marvin95 you should have received a message with your activation date when you signed up check the my messages section of the My Sky app if it isnt in your emails. While the new hub wont work until your service is activated you wont break anything if you plug it in early just follow the instructions in the parcel. There is no activation code.

Okay that's very helpful. Thankyou I have checked my emails and I have found my activation date. Appreciate the advice take care
