Where is our order

We recently joined sky broadband

our sky hub was meant to be sent last week and we haven't taken delivery if this

our membership for

chris scharff , we are due to be connected on 13/11/23 please advise us to when we will receive our pnew sky hub , we cannot afford to not have service and need this urgently sorted as the online sky representative said delivery would be eithin three days and that was on the 23/10/23

@Chris007 hubs are despatched to arrive roughly 2 days before your service is due to be activated.
