New internet installed 2 weeks ago. Not working properly.
cannot connect to sky boxes (any of the sky q boxes), only 2 of the 4 ring cameras work, the Alexa won't connect etc.
Gone through the support for each device. Everything points to a problem with the WiFi router.
an extender was left but not installed too. The chap installing it said he had problems with a wire, I don't think he fixed it. Left at short notice without confirming with us that it worked or any testing.
needs an urgent fix
