New Super fast broadband modem

Hi , due to the phone lines changing later this year , I've requested the updated modem , to accommodate this. However I've only received two cables ( No modem ) .

Sky(+) HD is an antique subscription television platform rather than broadband, so there isn't any equipment called a Sky HD modem.

The change required by the upcoming end of analogue telephone service (PSTN) is a migration from any of the obsolete units I listed above onto one of the in-support models.

However it's also possible your broadband itself is being moved from FTTC to FTTP.

That's not a thing.

There are:

Pre-2013 routers included Netgear models (obsolete)

Sky Hub (obsolete)

Q Hub (obsolete)

Broadband Hub

Max Hub

Gigafast+ Hub
