I have recently switched to Sky Max from vodaphone and now cant access my work computer as the VPN is being blocked. copmant IT department advises that this is a problem that only Sky can resolve as it requires Sky to set up connection on 1:1 MAP-T and this is something they cannot do! doesnt mean an awful lot to me and the virtual assistant is pants and keeps going round in circles no help whatoever! having read the forums it appears im not alone in this issue and when trying to speak with someone via helplines it would appear that this has failed for most and requires an escalation but no idea how to get one of the team on forums to escalate it? any ideas
mucho gracias amigos

In the Sky App there are settings for the router and if you enable UPnP it should knock the system down to 1:1 MAP-T after about 15 minutes of setting that on the Sky App for the Sky Max router.

Posted by a Superuser, not a Sky employee. Find out more@M1CHELL8 & @mae-3 the setting for UPNP is not in the app it is in web interface which is otherwise pretty useless see UPnP set up
However read the post pinned at the top of the forum which explains what to do

The Forticlinet VPN doesn't allow the packet MTU size to be modified only the whole interface that one is connected to will it allow the MTU, which is accomplished using 'netsh' command in windows.
You could try:- netsh interface ipv4 set subinterface “Wi-Fi" mtu=1472 store=persistent
The "Wi-Fi" bit needs to be changed for the actual name of the interface you are using on the WIndows PC.
