WiFi dropping out of signal

Hi, myself and my partner sometimes work from home. When we are in Microsoft teams meetings our meeting often freezes for a few seconds then comes back in. I have to chair important meetings and can't keep having this issue. My IT dept at work have checked my laptop and there is nothing wrong with it and said it must be my WiFi. It happens to me and my partner at different times on different laptops. I've checked the connections at home and nothing has been changed or added and all connections have been checked using the sky connection checker

Was it this line test that you ran:

You can also run the test via the MySky app on a mobile data connection.

After this has finished and if it reports back all is good click on broadband to run an updated test. If you get amber or red please follow the on screen instructions.

If this is of no help give Sky a call to report it to them.
