New Hub it says do not connect till date given in email I can’t find any date given in the 5 emails

We've been sent a new Hub to connect which we haven't done yet because it says don't connect till date that is given in the email

ive got 5 emails from you about the telephone conversation when we renewed out contract and I can't find any date to say when we can connect it

You are talking to other customers here so can you tell us why you have been sent this new hub as I take it you are not a new customer to Sky Broadband but have changed your package, if so does anything appear here for you:
