Have just got Sky Max and I can't connect my ring doorbell to it. Have tried umpteen times and it still doesn't work.

You may need to reduce the wireless security level from WPA3 to WPA2-PSK using the Hub administration settings in the My Sky app. It's also possible to use those settings to temporarily disable the 5Ghz band.
