My father in-law is looking to switch Broadband and telephone services from Talk Talk to Sky.

He doesn't have an email address and isn't very computer savvy. Is there anyway you can get this set up without a current broadband connection or email address?I look forward to hearing back from you

We are  all sky customers  on here i am afraid you would  need  to ring sky
