New Contract. Future bills in My Sky account is higher than what was offered and agreed.
Hello,
Has anybody experienced this? My previous contract was supposed to end this September so in August, i rang customer service if there's any deals they can offer me. I was offered the Ultrafast Broadband for a promo I think and was told it would be £32.00 per month for a contract of 24 months. I get that there would be different charges from when it had activated but since my payment is direct debit, I was already charged £28.00 at the end of July for the month of August with my previous contract then charged £37.00 at the end of August for the new contract and some charges due to changes. Now, I was checking my sky account and noticed the future billings as well as this end of September is still £37.00. Has anybody had the same issue?

Do your subscription details include the WiFi Max subscription supplement? £32 + £5 for the add-on might explain the discrepancy.

@TimmyBGood No it doesn't. I don't have any supplements or anything. Just the broadband and sky talk whick I don't use anyway so that doesn't charge me anything.
