We are losing our broadband connection approximately 3 or 4 times per day. This has been happening for over four days.
Each time we have no internet for about 20 mins and it then comes back or we have to turn off the power to the open reach box and this sometimes sorts the issue.
We need this sorting asap. Can you advise / investigate further. Thanks. Jason
