i renewed my contract with sky for TV broadband and talk and added sky broadband boost sky are sending a new hub when ive already got one why are they sending me a new hub when ive already got one i am so confused.

Find out moreBroadband Boost comes with the WiFi Guarantee so Sky replace the Q Hub with a Sky Broadband Hub to get better wireless performance: Q Hubs were always hampered by their shape (chosen to match the Q television boxes rather than for optimal antenna orientation). They will want you to return the Q Hub to them once the Broadband Hub is in place.
