@Jenmccaffery usually that means the wifi password which is printed on the Sky hub unless you have changed it of course.

@Jenmccaffery be very careful you are reading the password correctly it has to be exactly as printed as it is easy to misread a letter I for the number 1 or a letter O for a number 0 or vice versa. Also check you are trying to connect to the correct Sky network again it is printed on the label.
If the laptop is pretty old and you have the white Sky Max hub try changingbthe WiFi security setting in the My Skybsection forvthat units advanced setting from WPA3-T to WPA2.
