I have cerebal palsy any yet sky want me to activate my landline myself the activation seems to have happened but I could not install broadband properly . I rang but sky wanted me to install broadband myself which is ridiculous and breaking so many laws.Ive asked for an engineer but they do not want to know.Yes I do have rights and I will have to enforce them thru legal action if unsuccessful can anyone help thankyou

@Miochail Unfortunately some of the front line staff may well not understand why you require an engineer, my advice would be to register with the access abilities team if you haven't already and the ask them, you can find their contact details here https://www.sky.com/help/articles/contacting-sky-accessibility.
In the mean time I will escalate your post to the Sky staff here to see if they can assist, I'm not sure if they will be able to but it's worth asking.

@Miochail the steps required are plugging in equipment and are explained in the leaflet that came with the hub. If you do not have a carer or relstive who can do that for you register with Sky's Accessibility team who maybe able to arrange help.. https://skyaccessibility.sky

That's the default position of every ISP: FTTC or FTTP at an address which already has appropriate infrastructure doesn't get an installer appointment.
