Return of SKY equipment

Having received a replacement Router for SKY Full Fibre. I boxed up and returned my "old" Router, in February via Royal Mail tracking 48.

 

The router was received and signed for by someone in SKY on the 15 November 2024. Despite 2 phonecalls to SKY, My account on the SKY Broadband is still showing " Please return".

 

When will it be removed!!?

Other than that return message have you been sent any emails about "not" returning it ?

In "contact us" there is no option to send an email, only the "useless" computerised chat line or a phone.

 

I telephoned, and the lady told me to keep a copy of my Royal Mail tracking receipt, however the message on the SKY Orders page is still asking for its return.

 

Someone needs to get their house in order.
