@Paulbra7 if the hub isxshowing the connnection has been lost (see https://www.sky.com/help/articles/hub-lights-explained-start)

run the service checker in the My Sky app on a mobile device as that can tell you uf Sky know of a problem. If they dont and tgexappmfoesnt offer to book an engineer give them a call.
