We had a power cut this morning. Since then my chosen network name will not connect. Internet is connecting automatically to SKYC4JNP which I guess might be the name of the router. How do I get retrieve my chosen network name? Everything is connecting fine without a password except for my Nest heating system, and I don't want another cold shower!

If you mean did I change the name of the network, yes I did. I'm also struggling to get into the network page, typing 192.168.0.1 isn't getting me anywhere

I assume it's classed as a wireless router, there is a wire coming from the phone point to the purple connection at the back of the router

Posted by a Superuser, not a Sky employee. Find out more@stujay1972 sounds like your hub has reset itself which can happen occasionally.
To access the web interface if possible use something connected by ethernet rather than wifi as it makes it far simpler but if you cant rdmember if you change the SSID you will have to manually reconnect when the change takes effect after the reboot. Try not to use a device running ios or ideally MacOS as there is an issue with getting changes recognised.both windows and Android work but if forced to use an Apple device use a browser like Chrome rather than Safari
The power cut may have done other damagecto the hub as to reset it there must have been a power surge if you suspect thst call Sky tonget it swapped out.
