Hi guys, ever since you've switched me to fibre optics I have daily non connection issues with network connection. I never had any problems before this. PLEASE take me off fibre optics . Many thanks Andy.

Unfortunately that's not an option: once FTTP is installed at an address, ISPs cannot order a wholesale connection over the legacy copper network.
