Bad connection
Our broadband and WiFi connection very poor my son cant game on he's Xbox, when watching sky tv of an evening it's either very pixelated or just doesn't connect, WiFi very poor signal on our mobiles
we have trouble shot and still the speed of our broadband is bad and WiFi rubbish if this isn't rectified ASAP I will be organising alternative supply from elsewhere as our neighbours pay less and have 6 times more speed and no issues With a different company ????

A poor signal is something that can cause this so try going through this to see if it helps:
If not and if you have Wi-Fi Max on your account then Sky will loan up to 3 pods as you can read about here:
https://www.sky.com/help/articles/sky-wifi-max
So you can either call them on 150 from a landline phone or a mobile that has a Sky sim in it or Select "No, I still need help" at the bottom on the above link.
Alternatives are homeplugs or your own mesh network.
