@Paul-Ichim either call Sky tonreport the fault which can be a long process or use a mobile connection log into the My Sky app and runnthe online service checker but note it can take up to an hour to pick up a dropped connection. However oncecit has ot cantell you if Sky know of an issue affecting your line or walk you through some simple che ks before offering to book an engineer.
