I cannot obtain ip address on PlayStation since new sky fibre broadband installed. I've tried usual fixes and manually trying to change these on os 5 

• Set up the connection manually.
• IP Address Settings: Automatic
• DHCP Host Name: Do Not Specify
• DNS: 8.8.8.8 and 8.8.4.4
• MTU: Automatic
• Proxy: Do Not Use

still not connecting, any idea? Thanks

@Aimeewill07 are you sure the playstation has connected to the Sky hub's WiFi? Check the SSID on the playstation matches the one on the hub's label. If it has leave the settings to automatic and it dhould get an IP,address assigned in the range 192.168.0.2 to 192.168.0.254. The gsteway addess is 192.168.0.1 and the subnet mask is 255.255.255.0
