Network error ABLInteractor DecodingError error 0.

This error message has recently started to appear on iPhones we are using with Sky WiFi and trying to use BBC videos in the BBC App.  Means we cannot use the videos. How do we corrct this?

Thanks for your suggestion. I was reluctant to interfere with my i-Cloud settings or Sky Shield, so took my iPhone along to the local John Lewis shop's technical help office. They suggested, and did then and there, the apparently simpler method of deleting my BBC App, then downloading a new version from the App Store. Hey presto, that worked out fine! Might be worth noting for future inquiries..
