Issues with internet

For weeks now the internet connection is patchy 2nd and 4th light orange .. having to reset daily. Run test and it states no issues. Extremely fristrating

@Fran2711  Are you running the test when the issue is happeing or only when you have working broadband?

Yes .. sometimes it states there is an issue but a lot of the time the test show as everything is ok but the lights are still orange. Pressed side button and reset

@Fran2711  So just now you have broadband or do you not have broadband at all or is it intermittent?

I have now spoken with sky who has said the issues they have highlighted have been passed to open reach to investigate and I have less than a quarter of the speed I should be received to the house. There's clearly an issue somewhere so hopefully be rectified
