We have had problems since the day fitted, we have purchased a booster so we can get it around house but every week we get it dropping out.

@Prebble21 black or white router from Sky?

It's a white router sky did say get a booster but want to charge for it every month, I thought well I should have stayed with Vodafone then

@Prebble21 Does vodafone not do the same?

Has better service with them .. I went with sky thinking the internet would be good value but feel disappointed
