Network connection

All the lights are on the box but can't pick up internet on anything

@Griffo2 All connected, 4 green lights and no Internet connection on the sky hub, then power the hub off for a couple off hours! See if it reconnects after that period.

Still nothing spoke to sky they recon I've got to much connected to broad band told me I need to up date strength and box but can't understand as it was all working ok yesterday and it added anything else

@Griffo2 leave the hub off for at least 60 minutes which should mean thecfault will clear. If it doesnt back to Sky and hopefully you get an agent who will help.

@Griffo2 Can you please take a look at the link, say what hub you have and what you are seeing exactly that you see.
