New customer

I am a new customer and during my new contract being closed with virgin I'm still being billed by them twice. I was assured that the switch would be straightforward and would be handled by yous. Can you help?

@Ang12 Isn't that something you should be taking up with Virgin Media then given they are the ones charging you?

@Ang12  If you used one touch switch this only covers broadband services and not tv subscriptions (applies to all providers) that's the customer's responsibility to cancel direct with virgin
