Network connection

No network connection, read + tried everything but still no connection to TV

Hi,

 

How are you connecting to the TV is this via ethernet or Wifi?

What have you tried so far as this will help.

Are any other devices able to connect.

What router do you have.

Hi

I'm using WIFI to connect to TV with max hub. I've done all they advised on web/TV to reconnect (push WPS, turn on/off) + I've refreshed connect on TV itself. As said tried several times to get connected but just keeps kicking me back to "no connection" on sky page

What lights do you have on the front of the router, 

 

Can you check here under broadband and report back.
