Broadband Boost

For the last two years and with my new contract i have paid for broadband boost, no additional equipment was sent to me, i only have a router. I had no idea there was additional equipment. Sky refute this, my bill clearly shows i have paid for boost and am paying £7.50 for a service i am not getting, each time i contact i get garbage

'Broadband Boost' is a set of additional features and services: the option to claim booster hardware under specific circumstances is one of those.

Sky will argue you've benefited from making the additional payment even if you've never made a claim.
