Network connection issue

Hello

I have not been able to access Apps, Netflix. Sky cinema and various other things today. 
The message says I need to check my network connection status. There is a x next to network connections. I have tried multiple times to connect again but it still doesn't work. I have also turned off the plug over 4 times today and pressed the reboot button on the router but it still won't connect. Can you please help? Thanks 

WiFi is working fine on my phone.
