Network Not connecting

Only 2 out of 4 lights are on my hub. Power and WiFi. I had virgin fibre before today. I have contacted virgin and they have said my services are cancelled and disconnected

@Monique6 Have you had word/text from sky that you are now active and connected to them, you can now install your sky hub. You say not what connection type that you have so unable to advise what is best, link below is all about connecting the new sky hub on the date for activation as when sky say you can do it!
