@Hatsoff if the setvice checker in the My Sky app ran over a mobile connection doesnt tell you Sky isxawarecof an issue affecting your line then call Sky to report the issue. They w ill probably ask Openreach to check your line but that won't happen until Monday at the earliest more likely Tuesday or Wednesday that you use your domestic connection for work does not give any priority.
