Need to return router. No packaging

I've moved to a new place where Sky broadband isn't available. My contract has been cancelled. I keep receiving texts from sky threatening me with charges if I don't return the equipment. You have not sent me packaging.

@Fedupfred236  You can use your own packaging.

You can print off the labels for the returns here https://www.sky.com/help/articles/return-tv-broadband

@Fedupfred236

Firstly, this is mainly a customer helps customer forum so you’re not talking to Sky Customer Services. Sky won’t know who you are from your Community log-in name.

If you’ve cancelled successfully Sky send out returns packaging near the end of the cancellation period, [14 days for Broadband] but to the address that the subscription was registered at.
