I have had no wifi for over 3 months and I have had a lot of engineers come out and they all say the same thing that I need a open reach engineer to fix my wifi cable outside on the house.

Posted by a Superuser, not a Sky employee. Find out more@Liv2245 you will need to call Sky to srrange thst as they are Openreach's customer. When calling make sure the agent is aware of the history. Calls to 150 on a Sky Talk line are free.
Word of warning do not refer to the service as "wifi" when calling as that is liable to cause confusion the connection Sky sell you is broadband the wifi part is only from the Sky hub to your device.
