I supposedly have super fast broadband, but average download speed is 5mbps, the speed has been progressively getting worse and is now regularly cutting out.
I cant contact sky for help as I can only find a phone number that's always closed when I'm not at work, and not sure how to rectify the issue?
Anyone have an email address for sky?

Hi, thanks for the reply, but unfortunately the test does not work as I have previously upgraded the router, in a hope to rectify the fault. However, its not made any difference. Prior to changing the router, yes I had done the test, but that never came back with a fault.

Posted by a Superuser, not a Sky employee. Find out more@Jimbogot213 Sky's UK lines open at 7am and close at 10pm and calls are free if you dial 150 on a Sky Talk line. Irish lines are different.
You would be advised to reconnect the Sky hub if calling as Sky's disgnostics need that to work.
