I need to change the date of my set up but I can't seem to get through the anyone via the link provided

Posted by a Superuser, not a Sky employee. Find out more@FayeASmith If you go into track orders in my account it should let you change the date. If this does not work then you can find a number at the bottom of the link below under " Need more help "
