Hello. I need to book engineer to instal new hub. Openreach done there job outside. They said, now i need to book sky engineer to do rest off work. I am without internet from 14th september

Your best option is to call Sky and explain what Openreach have told you

What best number to call sky. Talk to real person. Sorry but in this case virtual assistant in chat is useless.

Call the normal number but when asked what your issue is say 'Broadband Technical issue' and then ignore all prompts to go online. It will then put you in a queue
